Professional Services Collateral |
|
Marketing Challenge: This organization marketed its professional services to insurance companies, financial institutions, and other corporate sector businesses with the same collateral material as its consumer services. There was confusion in the marketplace about its messaging as a charitable organization versus a service provider. ¡ Solution: We segregated professional business services, developing a separate division with segmented messaging, positioning, and distribution channels. We produced new collateral including letterhead and stationery, postcards, sell sheets, portfolios, presentations, ads and newsletters. This assisted the sales team in differentiating the organization’s business services, and gave their efforts a boost in competing against other service providers.

Marketing Challenge: ¢ The organization launched a new business-to-consumer service requiring marketing collateral that could build an entirely new market segment. The budget was limited, so not all channels could be considered.
Solution: We developed and produced these flyers for distribution through the organization’s many office locations and through its business development representatives. Ads and Web site presence helped build telephone and online inquiries. Abbreviated ads appeared in seniors’ directories and caregiving publications to complement these pieces. |
